Refund and Returns Policy for BloxyRealty

At BloxyRealty, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our wedding attire. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized wedding attire.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us and we will provide guidance on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the item was received damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
